Eligibility:  The TM Prize Draw is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria in the United Kingdom, and hereby agree to be bound by these TM Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “TM Participants”). 

Prize Draw Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these TM Rules as updated from time to time, the TM Prize Draw runs every day in the UK from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm (the “TM Prize Draw Period”). 

Entries:  TM Participants can earn an entry into the Prize Draw by participating in the Daily Tryvia Challenge (the “TM Challenge”), found within the App in the Challenges section, and successfully answering all five questions correctly.  Participants not answering all five TM Challenge questions correctly will receive 10 Experience Points (“XP”) for every question they answer correctly and will not receive an entry into the Prize Draw. Participants will have one opportunity during each Prize Draw Period to participate in the TM Challenge and earn an entry into the Prize Draw.  There is no limit to the number of entries received during each TM Prize Draw Period and is solely dependent on the number of Participants that have successfully completed the TM Challenge.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each TM Prize Draw Period. 

Prize:  One winner will receive a £10 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered).   Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption. 

Selection of Winner:  Winner will be randomly selected from all TM Participant entries received during the TM Prize Draw Period and notified by email, SMS, or through the App’s inbox within two business days of the Prize Draw Period ending.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the Winner. If no entries are received during the TM Prize Draw Period, TrypScore UK will not award a Prize for that period. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION:

TrypScore UK reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the TM Prize Draw at their discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, force majeure, technical malfunctions, or any situation that could compromise the fairness, security, or integrity of the Prize Draw. In such cases, TrypScore UK will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes and will not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from such alterations. Entries: FZ Participants can earn entries into the FZ Prize Draw by collecting eligible, activated Pyns from specified Food Zone locations.  Food Zone Pyns are deemed eligible by the FZ Participant achieving the minimum acceptable TrypScore each time they drive, such score to be set within the game and at the sole discretion of TrypScore UK.  The FZ Participant must collect each activated and eligible FZ Pyn within the Tryps section of the App by clicking the “Collect Rewards” button on any Driver Tryp that met the minimum acceptable score in order to receive an entry into the FZ Prize Draw.  There is no limit to the number of entries a FZ Participant can receive during each FZ Prize Draw Period subject to the rules surrounding the activation and collection of FZ Pyns. Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each FZ Prize Draw Period.

Prize: Four individual winners will receive a food themed £25 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered).   Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption.

Pyns are deemed eligible by the CYDCY Participant achieving the minimum acceptable TrypScore each time they drive, such score to be set within the game and at the sole discretion of TrypScore UK.  The CYDCY Participant must collect each activated and eligible Pyn within the Tryps section of the App by clicking the “Collect Rewards” button on any Driver Tryp that met the minimum acceptable score in order to receive an entry into the CYDCY Prize Draw.  There is no limit to the number of entries a CYDCY Participant can receive during the CYDCY Prize Draw Period subject to the rules surrounding the activation and collection of Pyns.  There is no limit to the total number of entries received during the CYDCY Prize Draw Period and odds of winning are solely dependent on the number of Pyns successfully collected by CYDCY Participants.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each CYDCY Prize Draw Period.  

Prize: One winner will receive a cash award in each calendar month of 2025 in the amount of £500 to cover vehicle payments and vehicle insurance and one (1) £200 gift card for petrol or diesel; supplier to be determined at the sole discretion of TrypScore UK. Electric Vehicle owners will be offered an alternative monthly gift card to the value of £200 from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site. Prize will be distributed in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered.

Selection of Winner:  Winner will be randomly selected on January 2, 2025 from all eligible CYDCY Participant entries received during the DFY Prize Draw Period and notified by email on January 3, 2025.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the CYDCY Winner. If no entries are received during the CYDCY Prize Draw Period, TrypScore UK will not award a Prize for that period. Prize Draw Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these LU Rules as updated from time to time, the LU Prize Draw runs in the UK from the first calendar day of each month at 12:01 am to the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 pm (the “LU Prize Draw Period”).

Entries:  LU Participants can earn one entry into the LU Prize Draw for each level that is earned within the App during the LU Prize Draw Period.  Levels are unlocked by collecting experience points (“XP”) through safe scores on Tryps or in-app Challenges such as Daily Tryvia or the Weekly Mission. There is no limit to the number of entries a Participant can receive during each Prize Draw Period, subject to the rules surrounding the number of levels available to be earned each month.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the total number of entries earned in each LU Prize Draw Period. 

Prize:  One winner will receive a £100 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered). Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption. 

Selection of Winners:  Winner will be randomly selected from all LU Participant entries received during the LU Prize Draw Period and notified by email, SMS, or through the App’s inbox within two business days of the Prize Draw Period ending.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the Winner. If no entries are received during the LU Prize Draw Period, TrypScore UK will not award a Prize for that period. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION:

TrypScore UK reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the LU Prize Draw at their discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, force majeure, technical malfunctions, or any situation that could compromise the fairness, security, or integrity of the Prize Draw. In such cases, TrypScore UK will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes and will not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from such alterations. Participants acknowledge and accept that TrypScore UK’s decision in this regard is final and binding.
