Allied Universal Safe Roads Challenge Grand Prize Contest (the “GP Rules”)

The Allied Universal Safe Roads Challenge Grand Prize Contest (the “GP Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”), presented by Allied Universal Security Services (“Allied Universal or Host”), and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”).

Note: No purchase is required to earn an entry into the GP contest.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders that are current employees of Allied Universal and have a license to drive an automobile (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these GP Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “GP Participants”). GP Participants will also have to log into, and access, the Allied Universal Safe Roads Portal in order to view entries and be eligible to participate.

Contest Period: Unless otherwise indicated in these GP Rules as updated from time to time, the GP Contest runs from December 15, 2023, at 12:01 A.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) to February 15, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. MST (the “GP Contest Period”).

Entries: GP Participants can earn one entry into the GP Contest by successfully recording an average TrypScore of over 80 each day from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm Mountain Standard Time. Entries will be displayed in the Allied Universal Safe Roads Challenge Portal along with other tools to help GP Participants monitor and improve their driving scores. There is no limit to the number of entries a GP Participant can receive during the GP Contest Period subject to the rules surrounding earning entries. There is no limit to the total number of entries received during each GP Contest Period and is solely dependent on the number of average safe driving scores successfully recorded by GP Participants. Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in the GP Contest Period.

Prize: One unique winner will receive a $500 gift card spree on the TrypScore Online Redemption Site. Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card(s) as described in detail at the time of redemption.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be randomly selected from all GP Participant entries received during the GP Contest Period and notified by email, SMS, or through the App’s inbox. The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the Winner. If no entries are received during the GP Contest Period, Medidas and Allied Universal will not award a Prize for that period.

Proof of active driver’s license, identification and legal guardian consent for eligible winners under the legal age of minority in their state of residency will be required prior to award of prize.
